Whole Health is a holistic and integrative medical practice designed to provide highly personalized care, unhurried appointments, unmatched convenience, and high-touch care coordination. To do this, we operate as a self-pay practice without the restrictions many health insurances place on patients.
We off both fee-for-service and concierge membership options. Our team will gladly help you decide which choice is best for your needs and goals.

Your first appointment at Whole Health is a comprehensive one-hour appointment with our entire team. Our medical staff and providers will review your medical history and any current concerns in great detail, review any past medical records you provide, learn about your goals and the challenges you face, and work with you to develop a higly personalized treatment plan. Most first appointments also include a lab draw for up-to-date and specialized diagnostic testing. A follow-up appointment is usually scheduled in 2-3 weeks after the initial appointment to review the updated lab results, check-in on progress towards goals discussed at the initial appointment, and make asjustments as needed to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Whole Health does not bill health insurance for membership fees or office visits. Some outside services— such as laboratory testing, imaging, prescriptions, specialist care, or hospital services — may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on the provider and your plan. We also offer discounted cash-pay options for certain laboratory services. Please contact us for details about a specific membership or service.

While many of our patients do not carry health insurance, many others do. If you have health insurance, we will provide the information to outside resources we may refer you to, such as laboratories, imaging centers, and medical specialists.

Our practice is devoted to the maintenance of your good health, to the enhancements of your daily experience that only physical well-being can bring. We’re here for your reactive needs. But proactive healthcare is important, and we’re here for that, too.
Our goal is to limit or eliminate your need for non emergent acute visits at clinics such as urgent care, by efficiently being responsive to your clinical concerns. In addition, we can also be available via phone, text, email or virtual visits for health care needs that arise when you are away from home.

We understand life happens, therefore we do not charge for your first cancellation or appointment change within less than 48 hours.
Our goal is to provide hassle free and convenient health care for everyone. That means optimizing our schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice or there will be a fee of $75 charged for your allotted scheduled time.

No, but we reserve same-day and next-day urgent care appointments every week day.

All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

Membership begins on the date you sign and continues for 12 months. Because this is a year-long wellness partnership, early cancellations are only allowed in the event of unexpected relocation out of the area or in the unfortunate circumstance of death.

We are a primary clinic. There may be conditions or situations that are better served by a specialist. We will work hard to facilitate that connection for you.
