Our goal is to limit or eliminate your need for non emergent acute visits at clinics such as urgent care, by efficiently being responsive to your clinical concerns. In addition, we can also be available via phone, text, email or virtual visits for health care needs that arise when you are away from home.

We understand life happens, therefore we do not charge for your first cancellation or appointment change within less than 48 hours.
Our goal is to provide hassle free and convenient health care for everyone. That means optimizing our schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice or there will be a fee of $75 charged for your allotted scheduled time.

No, but we reserve same-day, next-day urgent care appointments every week day.

All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

Membership begins on the date you sign and continues for 12 months. Because this is a year-long wellness partnership, early cancellations are only allowed in the event of relocation out of the area or in the unfortunate circumstance of death.

We are a primary clinic. There may be conditions or situations that are better served by a specialist. We will work hard to facilitate that connection for you.
