GETTING STARTED

Schedule your initial consultation with our Whole Health Team, an extensive visit designed to explore where you are now, where you’d like to go, and how we can optimize your wellness journey together.

Receive your custom wellness roadmap and a streamlined lab order for your first appointment. Our in-office phlebotomist will draw your labs on-site for convenience and speed.

We’ll submit your membership to F45 Training Lakewood Ranch and coordinate your Body Composition Scan at their studio. Their team will guide you through the registration process, help you hand-select your unlimited-class membership, and support any workout-modifications as needed.

Within approximately three weeks you’ll get results from your specialty labs and Body Composition Scan. Your providers will review these and update your wellness plan with personalized supplement, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
