Secrets to STAYING FIT during the holidays

We know that the holidays tend to be very stressful. And everybody seems to fall of the wagon between Thanksgiving and New Year’s. I wanted to remind everybody that the best ways to kind of keep off the calories and stay healthy is to continue those daily exercise routines.

Take your wonderful family out on a walk. Go to the park, go biking, go roller skating. Whatever you can do in your current weather situation.

And remember, Christmas is just one day and New Year’s is just one day. So, break your fast and get out of that diet for those days. But for the rest of the time, remember to eat healthy and stay well.
